FAQ's

First of all, we prefer money being sent on the organization’s bank account. Whenever money is sent, we base on our work plan and the budget for the activities to be carried out. In case money is sent to accomplish a specific task, that money will be directly used for that very activity. The accounting and budget committee under the guidance of the organization chief financial officer with the supervision of the CEO, will sit to see to it that money is spent as required. Follow-up and continuous updates shall be done and reports, including receipts shall be sent to whoever sends the money to the organization after the completion of a particular activity with monitoring and evaluation reports.
